received the B.Sc. degree in civil engineering from the urmia University, urmia, Iran in 2007 and the M.Sc. degree in Earthquake engineering from the Sharif University of technology, Tehran, Iran in 2010. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree at Amirkabir University of technology, Tehran, Iran. He is also working at Power Engineering Consultants (MOSHANIR), Tehran, Iran, as a project expert in preparation of seismic design code for substations.
